What is S.T.E.P.?

The Student Training Empowerment Program, S.T.E.P., has been providing successful leadership training since 1988.

S.T.E.P. is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young people master essential life skills by encouraging critical thinking, and helping them to recognize the profound impact they have on the lives of younger children, to whom they teach life skill curricula. Experts agree that children learn best by doing, and that is S.T.E.P.'s strategy.
